This project consisted of a complete overhaul of the organization's web presence. My role was to identify the challenges the community and the organization had with the old website as a tool, and do interviews with members of both groups to form the scope of what we needed moving forward. I identified the need for the site to be built through a content management system and use different levels of automation to ease the workload of employees, for it to talk to other systems such as class registration, payment systems, membership sign ups, and for it to be responsive for mobile devices as one of many updates allowing for more accessibility for the user.

This research was done and packaged to help communicate to the process to the board, to build a budget and apply for grants as well as becoming the request for proposal for hiring the right designers and developers to bring the project to life. Running parallel to this process was the organizational task of collecting every piece of information the organization needed to communicate. After organizing this information I worked with the designers and developers as a project manager and art director to complete the site.
